FAMILY OF LOCAL ARMY RANGER HOLDS BBQ TO SUPPORT WOUNDED NAVY MEDIC
Tom Fillippo and his family has partnered with the Chester County Hero Fund in support of Jay Raffetto, a Navy Corpsman who was seriously injured in an IED explosion in Afghanistan. On May 18th the Fillippo Family will hold “The Ranger and The Corpsman BBQ” to support Jay Raffetto’s home refurbishment efforts beginning in May. 
Jay lost both legs above the knee, his left arm above the elbow and three fingers on his right hand. He faces a long road to recovery and is currently working on his rehabilitation at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center where he and his wife Emily go to therapy twice a day.
